My holiday giveaway post has yet to appear.
Today has been completely derailed by one small problem: My MacBook won’t boot up. At all. There’s a gray screen with a gray apple and not much else happening. So I’m off to the Genius Bar after dinner and have hopped on J’s computer (now that he’s home and can log me in) to give my apologies.
With any luck, I’ll come home from the mall with a functioning laptop. Worst case scenario: I kick my kid off his computer and take care of it then.
I promise that it’ll be worth the wait.

Uh oh. My techie husband (really, that’s what he does) has been fighting with the apple laptop that I was working on for some time….to no avail. I hope yours fairs better.
